At PK Furniture we strive to offer you convenient, efficient and hassle-free choices for collection or delivery of your furniture.
Things to Consider
Before placing your order you should confirm that all:
- Items you intend to purchase will fit in the area you have selected for it
- Doors, stairwells and other entrance ways (including lifts) are wide enough to allow for access
Much of our furniture comes flat-packed, allowing it to be easily taken home in your vehicle or trailer. However, many items, such as lounges or sofas can be bulky and difficult to move. Many more items are stored and distributed through our warehouses.
Many of our products (particularly flat packed items) require some assembly. If you need assistance in assembling your furniture contact your closest PK Furniture store for more details, costs, or to find out more about assembly services.
Click & Collect
You can shop online in the comfort of your own home, and pick your product up from your preferred store for free by simply choose Click & Collect when you make your online purchase, then sit back and let us prepare your order for you. Our customer service team will be in contact with you to organise collection.
From time to time, for various reasons, it may not be possible to collect your item immediately. Our friendly team will advise you of any delays on any items when they contact you.
Please note, you must supply your own appropriate transport for any Click & Collect purchase. PK Furniture is unable to supplying any strapping, rope, or protective coverings for transporting of Click & Collect purchases.
For your protection you will be asked to show an original Invoice at the time you pick up your furniture. Should you wish to allow a friend or relative to pick up the furniture please notify us.
Please inspect your furniture carefully prior to pick-up. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused after the furniture leaves our premises.
If you have purchased larger items, items that are shipped directly from our warehouse, or if you are simply unable to visit your closest PK Furniture store for collection, we are happy to arrange delivery to your nominated address at a time that is convenient for you. Delivery charges apply.
When choosing Home Delivery, please note:
Your delivery will need to be signed for by somebody at the nominated delivery address.
If nobody is available to accept the delivery at the nominated address and time, we will be unable to complete the delivery. In those circumstances, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery and additional charges may apply.
Please ensure that the access is appropriate for the furniture being delivered. This includes ensuring your doorways are wide enough to fit the product in, the item can fit upstairs or in a lift (if required) and that there is nothing blocking the path of the delivery in hallways, stairwells or driveways.
If delivery is to an upstairs area, please advise the store at time of organising delivery. Additional charges may apply.
When will my order be ready?
Terms and Conditions for Delivery
Our friendly customer service team will let you know the time-frame for collection or delivery of your order when they contact you to organise pick-up or delivery.
Although most stock advertised on our website is able to be collected or delivered immediately, some items may take some time. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and arrange for the order to be delivered or collected as soon as your order is back in stock.
If you have ordered from our speciality range of custom-made lounges (the item will be clearly identified as this), the manufacturing time is around 12 weeks. Delivery will occur as soon as your item has been manufactured and despatched to us. Please note: We endeavour to ensure manufacturer’s delivery times are accurate, but they are subject to change from time to time and without notice.
The delivery service is strictly door to door. We will deliver the goods into your premises if it is safe to do so. Meaning, safe to transport the furniture without any chance of damaging it and safe for our delivery team to do so without injuring themselves
Delivery of goods upstairs in any environment incurs an extra charge.
The customer is responsible for informing us at time of purchase if the goods are to be delivered upstairs or downstairs.
We do not provide an exact delivery time, we will make a courtesy call in advance, but it is the responsibility of the customer to be home to accept the goods upon delivery.
The delivery service does not include the removal of any packaging the goods may come in.
If the goods have not been delivered due to factors outside our control, then we will happily exchange your goods for goods of equivalent value. You will be responsible for all transportation costs, but we will do all we can to minimise these costs. If you would prefer a refund, we will arrange this for you, less the cost of delivery and pick up.

Delivery / collection terms for purchases made in store:
- Same day delivery / pick up option available for in store stock only
- Same Day / Next Day delivery option for store purchases made on Saturday only available for in store stock
Delivery / Collection terms for purchases made on line:
- Next day delivery option available only for purchases made between Mondays to Friday 5:00 PM. Excludes public holidays.
- For purchases made online on Saturday and Sunday delivery only available on weekdays
- Customer will be contacted by online team to communicate the collection date ( In case of pick up )
- Warehouse pick up time - Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Excludes public holidays.
