Pine is a naturally soft wood and it continues to breathe in your home. Therefore things like moisture and direct sunlight can alter the appearance of the wood. In a damp environment pine can expand and in a hot environment pine can shrink and ultimately crack if subjected to high temperatures. Being a soft wood pine can easily mark therefore please follow the care instructions below to get the most out of your furniture.
